Eagle Palms is a deed restricted H.O.A. community developed by D.R. Horton started in 2006 and turned over to the members in 2011.

Eagle Palms consists of two phases both located off Eagle Palms road in Riverview, Florida.

Phase I has 49 buildings each having three units (Triplex) for a total of 147 residents.

Phase II has 73 buildings each having three units (Triplex) for a total of 219 residents.

Phase II is also home to our clubhouse and community pool.
